Banana Bread

Our Banana Bread is a large loaf and many find it a lot to eat at once. Well a great tip is to freeze it. Whole or sliced, either way the banana bread will freeze well. Having it pre-sliced saves time and is very convenient when you just want an one or two slices and not a whole loaf. Best to use freezer bags. Food wrap works well but I suggest using two layers or add a foil wrap for better coverage to protect it from freezer burn. In the refrigerator a fresh banana bread will last 5-6 days.
